i saw Vanessa in this outfit in a recent Seventeen mag.and fell in love w/its cute sloppiness!
i was inspired by the boots and socks.
i've been on the search ever since (or a few months before even)
for cute over-the-knee socks
and a cute boot to let the sock peek-a-boo under!
but i reeeeally love this look!
